Монетный двор Австралии Perth Mint в сентябре 2014 года представил первую монету новой серии «Австралийская эпоха динозавров» — «Австраловенатор».
Австраловенатор – плотоядный динозавр, живший в меловой период. Останки данного вида найдены в Австралии на территории штата Квинсленд. По словам Скотта Хокналл (Scott Hocknull), сотрудника Квинслендского музея, этот динозавр был «проворным и легким, как гепард». На открытой местности он мог настигнуть практически любую добычу. На передних конечностей располагались три больших когтя, которые использовались в качестве основного средства нападения. Этого динозавра можно считать сильно увеличенным в размерах аналогом австралийского велоцираптора.
На аверсе отчеканен портрет королевы Великобритании Елизаветы II работы Яна Бродли (Ian Rank-Broadley FRBS). Вокруг расположены надписи «ELIZABETH II • AUSTRALIA 2014 • 1 DOLLAR •».
Реверс представляет рельефное изображение австраловенатора, атакующего жертву, на цветном фоне растительности мелового периода. Вверху выгравировано название динозавра «AUSTRALOVENATOR», а внизу указаны технические характеристики монеты «1oz 999 SILVER». В правой части имеется знак монетного двора «Р». Дизайнер — Tom Vaughan.

The Australovenator is the first coin in this exciting new five-coin series that features Australian dinosaurs which existed during from the Cretaceous Period more than 100 million years ago.
The coin’s reverse depicts the Australian dinosaur Australovenator wintonensis set against a colourful, prehistoric scene. The inscription AUSTRALOVENATOR, the coin’s weight and purity, and The Perth Mint’s ‘P’ mintmark are also incorporated into the design.
Issued as legal tender under the Australian Currency Act 1965, the coin’s obverse features the Ian Rank-Broadley effigy of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II, the 2014 year-date, and the monetary denomination.

Государственный полиграфический институт и монетный двор Италии 29 июля 2014 года изготовил очередную монету «Атри» серии «Искусство Италии».
На аверсе изображен кафедральный собор Санта Мария Ассунта в городе Атри. В верхней части указана надпись «REPUBBLICA ITALIANA». В нижней части — год чеканки «2014». Справа выгравировано имя дизайнера «PETRASSI» (Silvia Petrassi).
Реверс представляет образ Святой Репараты, покровительницы города. В руках изображен фрагмент модели города. Дополняет композицию декоративный элемент, взятый с барельефа собора. По краю монеты указаны надписи: «ITALIA DELLE ARTI» и «ATRI». В левой части указан знак монетного двора «R», а также в две строки обозначен номинал монеты «EURO 10».

The coin shows the cathedral of Santa Maria Assunta in Atri, in the 13th century, with a façade adorned with rich Gothic portal and window and bell tower topped with octagon cuspidate; down, a detail from a bas-relief of the cathedral. On the other side of the coin there is a detail of the fifteenth century by Andrea Delitio with the holy martyr Reparata that supports the model of the city of Atri.

The springbok (Antidorcas marsupialis) is a medium-sized brown and white antelope-gazelle of southwestern Africa. It is extremely fast and can reach speeds of 100 km/h (62 mph) and can leap 4 m (13 feet) through the air. The common name "springbok" comes from the Afrikaans and Dutch words spring = jump and bok = male antelope or goat.
This is the world’s first 3 oz silver full dimensional minting coin. The coin has the highest relief ever minted (37mm) and it is the first time that a coin is packed in a patented dome capsule which lock the coin in a floating state. This springbok was especially created by an artist exclusive for this coin issue. On the horns each single wave is visible. Even details like the ears the eyes or also the muscles are engraved in this sculpture. From each side the Springbok looks amazing. Even the ground is very detailed, on the left side a small hill is visible with a Protea flower (national flower of South Africa) directly in front of the Springbok, also very detailed.
The coin comes in a modern dome capsule that secures the coin between the bottom and the dome. The Springbok and the ground are finished with .999 gold to reinforces the details. After the finishing process the parts are polished by hand.

Новый выпуск монет Банка России 29 августа 2014 года.
Монета «Спасо-Елеазаровский монастырь, Псковская область» серии «Памятники архитектуры России».
На аверсе расположено рельефное изображение эмблемы Банка России - двуглавого орла с опущенными крыльями. Под ним полукругом выгравирована надпись «БАНК РОССИИ». По окружности имеются надписи, разделенные точками: «ДВАДЦАТЬ ПЯТЬ РУБЛЕЙ • 2014 г.». Между ними проставлены обозначение металла по Периодической системе элементов Д.И. Менделеева, проба сплава, товарный знак Московского монетного двора и масса драгоценного металла в чистоте.
Реверсе представляет рельефное изображение Собора Трех Святителей Спасо-Елеазаровского монастыря; свечи, пера и раскрытой книги с текстом: «Два Рима убо падоша, а третий стоит, а четвертому не быти. И вот теперь третьего, нового державного твоего царства святая соборная апостольская церковь во всех концах вселенной в православной христианской вере по всей поднебесной больше солнца светится. На реверсе находится рельефное изображение герба города Тихвина и надписи: «ГОРОДА ВОИНСКОЙ СЛАВЫ», «ТИХВИН».

On August 29, 2014 the Central Bank of the Russian Federation issues commemorative coins.
Coin «Spaso-Eleazarovskiy convent, Pskov region» of the series «Architectural Monuments of Russia»
The obverse: a relief image of the Emblem of the Bank of Russia — a two-headed eagle with wings down, and a semicircular inscription under it «БАНК РОССИИ» (BANK OF RUSSIA), framed with a circle of beads. Inscriptions along the rim divided by dots indicate the denomination of the coin «ДВАДЦАТЬ ПЯТЬ РУБЛЕЙ» (TWENTY FIVE ROUBLES) and the year of issue «2014», between them there is an indication of the metal according to the D.I. Mendeleyev Periodic System of Elements, purity, trade mark of the Moscow mint and fine precious metal content.
The reverse side of the coin bears relief images of the Church of Three Sanctifiers of the Spaso-Eleazarovskiy convent, Pskov region; a candle, a pen and an open book with a text uttered by the Spaso-Eleazarovskiy elder Philotheus. There are inscriptions along the circumference — «СПАСО-ЕЛЕАЗАРОВСКИЙ МОНАСТЫРЬ» (SPASO-ELEAZAROVSKIY CONVENT) on top and «ПСКОВСКАЯ ОБЛАСТЬ» (PSKOV REGION) at the bottom.

Coin «Tikhvin» of the series «Towns of Martial Glory»
The obverse: in the upper part of the coin there is an inscription along the circumference: «БАНК РОССИИ» (BANK OF RUSSIA), in the lower part — the year of issue «2014». On the left and on the right there are stylized images of laurel and oak branches respectively. In the center of the disc there is an indication of the face value of the coin «10 РУБЛЕЙ» (10 ROUBLES) in two lines. Inside the figure «0» there is a protective element in the form of the figure «10» and an inscription «РУБ» (RUB) visible when changing angles of vision. In the lower part of the disc there is a trademark of a mint.
The reverse side of the coin depicts a relief image of Tikhvin emblem. There are inscriptions along the circumference — «ГОРОДА ВОИНСКОЙ СЛАВЫ» (TOWNS OF MARTIAL GLORY) on top and «ТИХВИН» (TIKHVIN) at the bottom.
